Bobby Fisher
Bobby Fisher is a guitar virtuoso, composer, author and clinician. He studied classical guitar and music theory at the conservatory of music of the University of Cincinnati, and is currently director of music ministries at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Fort Wright, Kentucky. Since 1988, Bobby has served as program director for the National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM) Guitar Schools. Recently, Bobby has composed and arranged music for the Catholic Catechism on CD (St. Anthony Messenger Press).
Driven by the words in the Gospel, “blessed are the peacemakers,” and the call to “feed the hungry and clothe the naked,” Bobby is committed to using his music for peace, unity, understanding, equality and economic justice for all people. His travels have taken him around the world as a workshop clinician, worship leader and concert performer, including presentations at World Youth Day 2002 in Toronto, Canada. Bobby and his band have provided worship music for the Cincinnati Catholic Men's Conference many times in the past.
